About Me
The desire to join Shopify has been a source of motivation for constant self-improvement and learning for some time. In submitting this application my intention is to join and contribute to this team, working with and learning from the best in the industry.
I currently spend my time as a freelance Web Designer/Developer and have been taking on clients for just over a year. Over the past six months, I have shifted my focus to Shopify and have been setting up, customizing and managing stores for multiple clients. I absolutely love the Shopify platform and I am motivated to become a Shopify Expert specializing in creating custom Shopify stores.
When I saw the posting for the Customer Success Guru position I was very excited, as it is very much in alignment with two of my passions: learning and helping people. Not only in this position would I get to dive deeper into the inner workings of this platform, I would get to help new merchants grow their businesses and become more successful, ultimately improving their lives. This is something I strive to do inside and outside of work and I know could only lead to a fulfilling experience.

- I am an aspiring entrepreneur with 3+ years customer service experience.
- I am a freelance web developer and designer and have been taking on clients for over a year. This work included steady communication with clients via email and phone while continuing to learn new skills and technologies.
- I am a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Friends say I have a way of bringing a calmly, soothing energy to conversations and interactions.
- Strangers say I am a really good dancer.
- I am a member of the Shopify Partner program and I currently have three Shopify Clients. I have built two stores for clients, one for myself, and have a few in development. I provide ongoing support including customizations, edits, and upgrades to marketing plans.
- I am constantly learning and I aspire to be a Shopify Expert and full stack Rails developer.
- I love interacting with Customer Service agents and have plenty of experience on the customer end, dealing with different hosting and content management services, including Shopify.
- I will do my part to cure the world of seriousness with kindness, empathy, and humor.
- I love nature, yoga, music, meditation, reading, movement, dancing, skateboarding, playing guitar, and aligning with the divine source energy while living in my greatest joy.
